As of May 22, I have lost 14.1 pounds. I am using TheDailyPlate.com to track calories and I am doing Power 90, as I have blogged about previously. So far, so good! If I win the BL bet, I am going to buy a canoe to take on vacation in St. george's Island.

Right on... it is a real struggle to maintain my workout schedule. I actually enjoy doing the workout; the hard part is keeping it in the daily routine. And, of course, Memorial Day weekend blew my new diet... but I will be back on track tomorrow.
